Audrey started Always FIT Coaching because of her personal experiences with weight loss (and gain), poor body image, and lack of fierceness. Her weight has fluctuated a lot over the years. Even at her lowest weight, she still thought she was “fat.” In recent years she realized that she had to start looking at herself differently and stop the negative thoughts in her head. It wasn’t until she felt comfortable in her own body, that the weight started to come off for good. She recognizes now that her goal is not to fit into size 2 clothes, it’s about health, extending life, and increasing quality of life.
Audrey’s background as a social worker and fitness instructor gives her a unique skill set which she uses to coach her clients. She will be your teammate, co-creating your action plan with you, supporting you every step of the way. She won’t tell you what to do, but she’ll help you realize on your own what you need to do to get where you want to be.
We focus on health, well-being, and helping you to become your best self rather than just trying to “look good.”
Even though we firmly believe that your health and wellness should always be your first priority, it may not be for you right now. Maybe your first priority is to get that promotion or work on your parenting skills. Health and wellness may be your secondary goal to get you to your primary goal and that’s where a Health & Wellness Coach could support you on your journey.
